Hearing that this place was still (mostly) standing, I went over to Edinburgh for a look – situated right next to the Union Canal in Edinburgh, the brewery brewed McEwan’s for Scottish & Newcastle.<\/p>\n

Back again for another visit, and I found the tunnel connecting the west and east sites. First on the west side the decommissioning office:<\/p>\n

Then through the tunnels to the east side:<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

There were crates and crates of Fountain Brewery ties:<\/p>\n

And finally back through the tunnels again to the boilerhouse:<\/p>\n
